Consider this subscription similar to a Netflix subscription. With Netflix, while you have access to a limitless number of movies or TV shows, you can only watch one at a time.

Similarly, with our subscription, you can queue up an unlimited number of design requests. However, we will handle each request sequentially, ensuring each design receives the focus and attention it deserves.

Most requests on average takes only 48 hours or less. 

However, more intricate assignments like web design, landing pages, infographics, long form videos, podcasts may require additional time to complete.

For revisions, they can generally be accomplished within a single day.

This is one of the best features of NXTGen Services. 

We acknowledge that there may be instances where you don’t have a month’s worth of design work. Maybe you only have a couple of design requests currently. That’s precisely when the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For example, If you use my services for 11 days and then decide to hit ‘pause’, you won’t lose out. Your billing cycle will be halted, keeping 20 service days in your pocket to use whenever you need them down the road.

If the design or video isn’t perfect, we will revise it until you are satisfied. We provide unlimited revisions on any requests. 

Our goal is to make sure you are proud to use the content we create to boost your brand and company. 

We provide you with your own systemized Trello board where you can add as many requests as you like in the queue.

You will also be able to view all active, pending, and completed tasks. 

We would need the following if possible: 

1. Describe the request you require.
2. Attach any necessary assets, images, and written content.

You are free to use google docs a video (loom) or any other means of communication to express what you need. 

Make sure to add these to Trello.
